Create a simple form with multiplication and addition function

I need a form for my website that allows users to make a easy price calculation, that means, four columns (article, price, quantity, sum) and end price and a final row that sums up the results of the single rows. basically just like an excel sheet. the number of rows should be variable (I understand some html so once the basic concept is setup I can handle adding more rows).
We take care of the layout by css, though it should be mobile-friendly.
the form should be included in an html site.
