Custom Video Game Rom Hacks

I am a retro gamer that would like to have a custom SNES rom created.

When project is completed I want to own full rights to all work, I do not want the developer to release it to anyone else I want it for my own personal consumption.

Base game rom will be provided.

If work is completed quickly and done right this will be a bi-weekly.

All games must be in English
