Custom side menu needed HTML PHP HTML5

I need a menu that will be displayed in a vertical frame. This menu will contain Sections, Pages, and Functions.
It will have a logo, a title, main categories (when you click on a main category, the sub categories should open up), and the option for an edit button (icon with a pencil) next to each item.
At the bottom there should be a sign off button, a plus button, and a gear button.
All buttons and links should be able to be shown and hidden using basic HTML (adjusting the HTML).
All of the code for this should be contained in 1 PHP file (meaning all code to adjust the menu items and the buttons should be in the PHP file, not some included file).
The colors should all be able to be customized using HEX color values in the PHP file.
Each link (category, subcategory, and button) should be a HREF link where I can specify the target.
This should have a nice, appealing, professional design. I really like the one with the boeing information (the blue and the red one). The one that is just text is the data I will be placing in the menu.
