ADULT ADS SITE - EXPLICIT PHOTOS INSIDE.

I need to:

complete an already started project. I need to have the possibility to

- have emojis inside ad text and ad title, (now they "block" the sistem if added)

- On expiry date, i need to prevent free ads to be renewed, and give the possibility to renew only with paid package

- I created a "priority" system that, when called by cron, updates once a day my ad publish time, pulling up the ad at first place. I need this mechanism to be activated "on demand" and paid by credits (pre owned credits)

NO AGENCIES. Just freelancers, just programmers. Live skype calls are required. This project is the beginning of a broader project that will be paid by hour fee.
