I would like a program / web app which can scrape data from a web domain (requires user log in) and then based on this information subject it to a single calculation. Based on this information it would then give the user instructions. It would then need to automatically place a bet on Betfair (exchange) subject to certain criteria.

Provided the work is good, there will be lots of additional projects to add other features etc.

Bids with no work history will be required to produce the software before the full payment can be made unless arranged otherwise.
