Add new little feature in a woocommerce plugin

Hi all,
I am using this woocommerce plugin : Delivery Slots by Iconic.
With this plugin, client can select a date for the delivery or for de collection (local pickup).
Currently in the plugin admin, you can define which days the product can be delivery or pickup (for instance the mondays to the saturdays bot not the sunday, check the screenshot). The maximum of order can be also defined in the settings admin. Then the calendar in the checkout page will be updated depend on these settings.
The problem is that the settings (which days and the maximum of orders per day) are applied for both delivery and collection. I want to be able to save differents days and maximum orders per day for delivery and for collection and so the calendar will be updated depend if the client select delivery or local pickup.
Please find herewith the screenshot of the result I need in the admin (so add a second panel for the collection similar to the delivery panel), the calendar in the checkout must working as well with the new settings.
Just ask me for the plugin source and i will give it to you.
