I need a web app that accesses the Amazon API and displays the customer reviews of a seller in a list. In addition, the individual reviews for the products should be divided into categories. The online tool should give the Amazon seller direct access to his reviews and the entire customer review management.
Our solution should have the following functions:
- Multi-client capability, secure, no user is allowed to see the values or the Seller Central access of the other user
- Alarm function: For a new customer review or if a review has less than or equal to 3 stars
- direct response to a customer review from the tool
- one-click request a Customer review deletion / report abuse
- Subdivision of the reviews on the different Amazon marketplaces
- Tool must be multilingual (at least German and English)
Procedure of the tool:
- User logs in to his SellerCentral "once only
- The data from SelerCentral is retrieved as up-to-date as possible.
- Every day the user logs in via a "Login" button on the website viewtarget.de.
- Afterwards he gets to the backend of [login to view URL] and sees his latest customer reviews per marketplace in a dashboard. Clicking on the dashboard takes the user to the review list.
- Only reviews that have not yet been edited are displayed in the columns.
- if the user marks a review, he has a choice of how he wants to handle the review
- Once the user has edited the review, it is added to the Customer reviews archive list in the tool and is no longer displayed in the list or dashboard.
- The billing is based on SKU, I need in my Control Panel in the Admin Overview the number of SKUs / Marketplace
The tool should have a similar UX / appearance as in the picture in the attachment.
