Summary:-
Business Users(Only Android app):
a) Business users can perform login by the assigned mail id.
b) Business users can see all the inquiries.
c) Business user can entertain the inquiries by calling them.
d) All the calls performed by the users to clients will be recorded over his phone and available for him in history
e) All the calls will also be available for super admin in admin panel.
f) After the call user will have the option to fill a form in which he can mention whether he has taken the requirements from clients or not
g) Business user will have the functionality where he can select the properties depending upon his conversation and send the mail to property owners by using Pre define template and editing some basic information.
h) Business user will also have the option to share properties using what's app.
i) Once Business user will check the availability he will be able to send the quotation to user using pre define template.
j) Business User will be able to schedule the site visit once he have successfully interatcted with the client.
k) He can schedule the time and date on which he will get the notification 1 hour prior to the visit.
l) Once user schedule the Visit end user i.e. client receive the message with basic details.
m)Once visit is done Business user can update the information i.e. weather visit is successful or not,either client is interested or not or whether client require the revisit.
