Build an IOS App and an Android App for our classified website

We have designed a website using the Flynax classified backend ([login to view URL]).
We have made many custom changes to the script and the template design but the backend remains the same and all the features remain the same. Flynax currently have an App available but its quite limited and many of the features from the site don't exist on their App.
We need a new App developed for IOS and Android that will include all the site features and a few extra ones.
We will provide all the artwork and page storyboards including in psd format.
