Here's what's I'm looking for:
1. Where a Non UK national is being considered, they have skills and experience that are difficult to replicate locally.
2. Ideally, the developer is in the same time zone as us (GMT) or no more than a 1-2 hour time difference.
3. Developer must have a good command of the English Language both written and verbal skills
4. Developer must have the ability to convey and articulate their messages and responses across in a easy to understand and non-technical manner where and when required. This is important as they will be working closely with the product owner.
5. Developer should be easily contactable.
