correct 3 errors on my SMS sales website

my java built sms sales website has some errors. developer will do three simple things: 1. help change the sms gateway API method to "post" method so that i can send messages to large volume of numbers without breaking the app.
2. developer will help to add other delimiters such as "space" to the number text field in addition to the "comma" already used as a delimiter. this is to help the application stop bugging users with 'enter a comma between numbers'.
3. developer will also help do error caching to totally prevent errors like sms unit deductions not showing up on the user's account but rather eating from admin account. (when user sends a message, his account is partly debited or not debited at all, rather only admin account is debited) users account should be wholly debited for every message they send out from their account.
for an experienced developer this errors should not take more than 2 hours to fix. Experienced developers will be preferred.
