Creating a basic blockchain network and Customer Loyalty Programme

We need a basic blockchain network set up on the IBM Blockchain Platform as per the tutorial at:

and as per the attached document
The IBM Blockchain Platform is a blockchain-as-a-service offering that provides users with deployment flexibility, scalability, and control over network components. The platform uses the Hyperledger Fabric 1.4.x code base and deploys components into a IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service that’s managed and controlled by the user. The user interface simplifies and accelerates the process of deploying components of the blockchain network.
This blockchain network will be a Hyperledger Fabric network. There is also a need to subsequently to set up a customer rewards program network on the blockchain network created, install and instantiate a smart contract through IBM Blockchain extension for VS Code, and develop a Node.js web application with the Hyperledger Fabric SDK to interact with the deployed network. This should be done as per the tutorial at:

and as per the attached document
The customer Loyalty programme should be one of the channels in the Blockchain network. Fabric provides channels and we will be adding other channels like the customer loyalty programme in due course
The successful bidder would need to provide instructions on how to operate the Blockchain network and to use the Customer loyalty programme created
2 milestones will be set up. The first in relation to establishing the blockchain network. The next one in relation to the related customer loyalty programme.
