We need to develop a Joomla plugin for a Virtuemart Shipment method called MuvSmart using the API of this shipment for creating, tracing, automatic calculation of shipping price depending on package dimensions, weight and destination address.
We need this plugin compatible with:
Joomla 3.x
Virtuemart 3.x
Php 5.6.x or greater
