Make a Wordpress based Ewallet + Prepaid Card Payment System with API

Hello

We need a wordpress based ewallet and prepaid card website.

We want you to design a plugin with following features :

1> Full fledged payment RESTful API - so that developers can develop plugins to use our payment gateway

2> All functions of Paypal - deposit, withdraw, merchants, IPN, country based deposit/withdraw options, multi currency, transaction charges, direct website payments, payment buttons, API, Iframe payments,payment links, plugins for various open source scripts, multi currency, payment gateway's own currency and its exchange rate setup, exchange rates setup, user account verification docs submission, full fledged support ticket helpdesk, dispute resolution, transaction charges for deposits and withdrawal flat amount+percentile, robust email system with SMTP support and email templates, . All options must be configured such that it can be customized on per country basis. There should be option to setup currency conversion fee based on country/currency.

3> Prepaid card system attached to above ewallet system where user can purchase prepaid cards issued by us and then use it to fund his wallet or pay at merchants who will accept our wallet. Include 16 random digit card number, cvv, issue & expiry date, 4D secure setup from front end and its verification during payment. Option to order physical card price for which can be setup from admin area.

4> Integration of QR code and URL shortener for payment links in the system

4> Country wise payment gateways configuration from backend, country groups for setting up all options in the system like deposit, withdraw, identification docs, helpline numbers etc

5> Personal / Business Accounts, dashboard, payment currency management etc

6> Backend and front end for everything

7> Realtime dashboard for admins as well as clients

8> Full fledged support system, support tickets, departments, choose transaction during ticket creation, countrywise phone numbers to be displayed to the client, secure code generation for phone calls

9> Verified, Unverified , Partially verified status

10> Deposits into the system as well as prepaid card purchases will be made through normal payment gateway of the banks and other providers. So it should be configurable through plugins.

11> Frontend transaction charges/fees page according to the country.

and similar features for running a worldwide payment gateway. Note that every feature should be configurable on per country and country group basis. per country setting overrides country group policy.

We want all these things to be made into just two plugins with various options :

1> Ewallet system

2> Prepaid Card System

You have to design both front end as well as backend. Not much of a job, if you are a wordpress plugin developer.

Only those who work in teams bid, as we want timely completion. Cheapest bid with best track record will be considered.

Project must be fully secure and support https for all tasks. You cannot sell any or component of this software to others. Also use of other proprietary code/images without proper license is not allowed. All items used must be original.
