We need an Affiliate module for an own built CMS

A) People may apply to become an affiliate on our website.

B) We accept in Backend if the person is approved or denied. We can also set whether commissions are to be paid in POINTS or CASH. Points can be deducted when you buy at checkout, while money can be deducted when you purchase at checkout,OR withdrawn and transferred to bank account.

C) We can create "programs" in the backend, in which commission (as an affiliate receives in %) and discount (as final customer gets on his purchase) is determined. These programs can be set to either be assigned to specific affiliates (where we add / remove these manually), or that ALL new appproved affiliates will automatically receive the program.

D) Commission shall be automatically credited upon purchase (terminated business), or charged at repurchase (withdrawn).

E) It should be possible to set whether the Affiliate program can use at the same time as regular discounts in the store (regular coupon codes / gift cards). It should also be possible to set whether the program should only apply to specific products, minimum, etc.

F) Affiliates can log in to their front end account, and see details about commission, history, and also create CUSTOM coupon codes linked to the assigned "programs". Affiliate sellers can join multiple programs at the same time, thus creating their own and multiple coupon codes. On the other hand, only one coupon code at times per program. These coupon codes are what the system uses as tracking for the commission. These codes can be changed by Affiliates at any time.

G) There is also a Tier affiliate, where you have sub-users who earn their own commission, as well as commission for you as TIER. To become a Tier affiliate, we need to change the backend. Then the person can invite other people to become a SUB-SELLER, or we may add these manually backend. We adjust the backend, which commission applies to specific TIER affiliates.
