Need an automated AI bot for KIK

I need a webhook automated responder that can reply KIK incoming messages.

I will provide developers documentation + API to build it up. It can be done with PHP, Python and Java.

Here are the most important conditions:

Text must have time delays like 10 Seconds/20 Seconds, Needs to do it dynamic so that I can set delays by myself.
