I have a problem of
- 20 sales people, with different availability times and personal home addresses
- Up to 400 sales appointment with a start time and home addresses
- Priority ranking to fill certain sales calendars first (within some reasonable drive time limit)
I want to drop this data into Excel, API to Google drive time duration and assign sales people to appointments to optimize drive times. If I could have some kind of drag and drop manual override to lock down certain appointments to certain salespeople (for other subjective reasons) and have the model work around that, I would be stoked. Additional constraints include, the salesperson needs to be able to make it to the next appointment with a buffer, and we want to minimize salespeople's idle time.
This doesn't need to be in Excel. If it was build in FileMaker or another cloud engine that would be fine. But I want to upload via csv, SQL, or some other open language.
