Need IIS expert to set redirects on Windows 2012R2 webserver.

I need to redirect based on the header info received by IIS. This should be a simple project for a Pro.
Here is what I need done.
Http should always redirect to the appropriate site
First site is here C:\inetpub\wwwroot\sis The URL is now [login to view URL] would also like [login to view URL] to work
Second site is here C:\2ndsite\Site\SDS The URL is now [login to view URL] would also like [login to view URL] to work
Also add a simple text page on the base URL [login to view URL] that has company logo and says: Looks like you are lost and has links to site 1, site 2 and site 3 (external)
No web design needed this is more an admin type thing .
