Need someone to optimize my PHP code and MySQL queries to be as fast as possible with minimal resource use.

I have some complex functions that have a bunch of nested for each loops, use third party libraries and have a ton of SQL queries which are making things run VERY slow and inefficiently.
Need someone who has experience converting simple basic MySQL queries to complex SQL queries which will load more relevant data in one go.
Should also be able to re-write long spaghetti code functions that have minimal to no commenting on them to become more efficient and utilize less resources.
