Need developer to design and develop php document generator with following features
1. responsive design (ipad and mac) with drag and drop interaction
2. user can create new document with title and then sections each section can be imain section or sub section, for each section or sub section user has option to use predefined content from library, that is data saved in category and sub category that may be used and edited
3. section/sub section can be saved as template for reusability
4. rich editor wysiwyg
5. the section/sub section can have tags, like %%document-name%% , each document at end willl list a paramater list and user can enter the param value and when generate doc file then param will be replaced with value
6. phpdocx version shall be used
7. basic doc formatting shall be used to define common document styles etc. including header, para, footer etc.
