PHP script using Adwords API to upload offline conversions

I need a PHP script that will log into my Adwords Account and upload offline transactions there.
The result of your job should be a fully functional PHP file/script with definable variables for login name/password to my Google Adwords Account and with function that will upload one single transaction with dummy data (stored again in variables in the script).
The connection to our production database and integration with our internal system is not a part of this project and that we will do internally. Thanks.
