Playready integration in azure media service to a website and transfer from AWS to Azure.

I would like to migrate the contents from AWS to Azure, re-encode if required and deliver the contents to website with DRM protection,That is job. But I have 2 sites one is live and running and the other one is the copy of the main site with better coding and enhancements. Both are hosted in aws. I decided to cancel the main site and move the new copy site to azure. main site www.letfilm.com. New site is literally empty. I mean nothing on it. You need to integrate the DRM protection to the new site and move to azure . That is it.I have the new site developer ready to help you if needed. The new site is in php/codeignitor. It is a movie renting/sale website. The site was successfully run for an year but not profitable at all. The previous DRM cost too much and also lot of issues while downloading and uploading the movie.

Let me explain little bit about the site. It is a two way website. 1) A producer can upload the movie to the site and decide the price and other conditions of the movie for sale from their home. 2) A customer can download the movie and watch it whenever they like. The site is acting as a platform.

SO when the producer uploads the movie it goes to the cloud. Both encoding and DRM done there and ready for sale. Also when a customer streams (Is it possible to download) the movies, it should play with out any hassles on their computer/device. It can not be copied.

Please consider all the above information before committing to me. I also welcome your suggestions. Kind RegardsI have an online film rental business in aws. Now i am planning to move it to azure because they are offering ready made play ready drm to secure the media files.I have a brand new website . somebody need to integrate play ready DRM to the website. Encoding the file using azure and content protection with play ready /widewine DRM. My intention is to create a cross platform solution ( ios, android, mac and pc ) for viewing the movies.
