Rebrand ERPNEXT and Frappe

ERPNext is a ERP built on the Frappe framework which is based on python and is opensource. We want to fork, host and rebrand it on our gitlab instance. You will have to show us the method / scripts to achieve the same. We shall provide full admin / root access to the git server.
ERPNext is being developed so we would need to merge these changes too into our git-lab instance and also be able to have these changes in our re-branded code as well. Scripts for this to be provided as well.
Git and Python knowledge is a must for this
