Select recipients for our email alerts (all PHP arrays and/ MYSQL, no front-end work!)

Recipients for our email alerts are selected by a number of SQL queries that checks a number of conditions.

I have added them all in detail including SQL queries to be done in this file.

We will provide ALL SQL tables so you can test email generation on your system. Once it works we will add our SES credentials and test on our system.
