Set up a cron job for importing a CSV file so that WP Import can upload products

We have a Woocommerce install. we have WP import and woocommerce pro setup and have a full import of the current CSV
We need someone to setup the CRON job, so that this process is automated
1. We need a CRON job set up so that it downloads this CSV file to our servers
2. Then WP Import is set to auto schedule from this file to update the products
3. This update needs to happen overnight everynight
All import setup has been done and template is all ready and tested, I just need someone to set up the auto process of downloading the file via FTP details and to then auto schedule the WP import to update the products
