I just need a simple page created for sharepoint. I don't need the master pages to be modified, just something that I can copy/paste the code into sharepoint designer 2013. I have attached a mockup of something I would like. Just the sections included in the red box. The webparts also don't have to be created but there should be a placeholder for them in the layout.
I need this rather quickly, so any one that can have this completed today would be great.

New page layout will be created which can be used to create pages under existing master page. the exact format with required width for place holders will be required to create the page layout.
