Upload products to Magento from .mdb Access database - Store for van vehicle parts

I need to upload products to Magento from Access database:
The store will be in autoparts style, but we'll sell equipment ready to install for Van vehicle, so the user will choose his vehicle on frontend starting from manufacturer list, for example Ford, then model for ex. Transit, once selected the store will display all the products compatible with it, in filter/attributes we'll put model specs, for example : Ford - Transit - Model 2012 L1 H1
There will be different kind of products:
Single elements: Will be a simple products in Magento
Equipment Kit: Will be a bundled product in Magento, it will include an assortment of elements compatible with a specific Van Vehicle, for example "Equipment Kit 1", "Equipment Kit 2", etc.
The supplier has already created a kind of configurator inside his website using database:

I will need to do very similar thing in e-commerce style.
