Hello. I have been scammed before by a "developer" I met on Freelancer.com and lost over $10K in Bitcoin. So this time, absolutely no work outside the Freelancer platform.
I am looking for a Blockchain developer who knows his ways in the Waves cryptocurrency Blockchain:

This crytocurrency is open source as usual, so no problems there. What I want to do is to add a casino module to the Waves wallet with a franchise system. The idea behind it is to offer the possibility that everyone can run their own casino with Waves and Waves token, only paying me a cut of the profits and a small protection fee to avoid spamming. And I also want a to run my own casino with it for one of my tokens.
Very important: The developer must be trusted not to secretly include any backdoors that compromise the system. Also the project must be secure.
Maintenance work for the project will most probably also be needed.
