I'm not sure if this needs to be written from scratch or if there's a plug for this for a specific CMS. I need something that can detect if someone is using a tablet, a smart phone on a browser that is not Puffin Web Browser, like Chrome, Firefox, Safari (any of the other big ones that I have missed). Once an certain icon is clicked, a message would pop us saying "You'll need a web browser that supports Flash, please download the Puffin Web Browser", with an icon that lets you download it. Once the Puffin Web Browser is downloaded then it would open and redirect you to my website.
