Website on dedicated server is loading very slow

I have a website running on Magento 2 (Magento ver. 2.2.2). It takes 25 seconds or so for the homepage to load. I was hoping to find out why it is running so slow. I have updated the server to Apache & Varnish Cache & Nginx Reverse Proxy and the the exact specs below.

PHP version: 7.0.20
MySQL version: 10.1.28-MariaDB
Memory RAM (with Cache): 32GB
CPU Model: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1245 V2 @ 3.40GHz
