Description of requirements/functionality: I require a woocommerce plugin which will allow the following

The plugin will allow for calculation of products by custom width and height from a backend CSV file.

the product will then have an optional field which when ticked will allow entry of either inch or mm into a height and a width text entry box.

the height and width will then be looked up from a backend CSV file to determine the price in the CSV for that width and height or the next one rounded up.

Each product can have its own CSV specified for both mm and inches

There should be a new tab under the product data section called CSV config. there should be a tickbox to allow this to be active for the specific products, there will be a dropdown to choose the CSV which should be used for lookup in mm pricing, a second dropdown for lookup in inches pricing.

The enter custom measurement tickbox should be able to be added at any point in the front end, so it can be added directly under the normal dropdown for width and height which would then deactivate the normal dropdown and activate the custom pricing from csv instead.

In the backend there should be a upload pricing csv menu item / area that will allow the upload of pricing csv with names which are then chosen from the dropdown in the product data view. this should appear under the woocommerce menu item as a sub menu > Pricing Matrix

It should allow removal of the csv if required.

product pricing csv should also be allowed to be applied to categories. so all items within the category use a default csv unless there is a different one specified in the product itself. the product will only use the csv based pricing if the box under product data is ticked. if it is ticked and there is a default category csv in place the box should default to this.
