Wordpress maps plugin with user markers/cron settings

I would like to have a wordpress plugin crafted that uses googlemaps. It allows for my custom markers, and users can submit pins from the website as long as they are in a specific role. The plugin should also have cron settings to set date/time deletion for pins on a per pin basis. There should be an interface to add pins, and select which custom marker graphic to use from a list I generate as an admin.
