This is a very complex project for me to explain however basically what I need is in this website

I want someone to create what this talks about OR if there is another way to create somehow a way to do exactly what it does. I am about to launch a product on kickstarter and i need a way to create a referral program that pays people commission when they send people to back a project.
For example lets say I have a project on kickstarter now and what I want is to give someone a referral link and with that link they send it to someone and when that person clicks there referral link it takes them to MY kickstarter project and IF that person puts down $100 for the project I want a system in place so that the one who owns the referral program gets commission from it. I hope that made sense.
