Personal Advertiser prototype

I would like to have a display that is thin and energy efficient like OLED or similar to it and can be place on the inside of the back window of a car or on the trunk of the car by a magnet or a sticker .

this display should be connected to a motherboard that should have internet access using 3G or 4G data sim and a GPS chip and can be as well use raspberry PI as the motherboard or any kind of a small motherboard that do not need a lot of power as it will be need to contact to the car 12Volt battery.

as well need to build a desktop application that can connect to the device, where ever the device is and provide him with data to be display.

the data will be an advertising ads.

the usage of the GPS is to track the device and insert ads to display base on the device location.

should be able to have a map that can show in real time the location of the device and his direction.

i need a company or a person that can take my IDEA and make it happen.

this project is not one time project.

this project can involve to a full scale development and who ever willing to work with me on this project will have work on this project for months to come.

this can be the new way to have small, big and huge companies to advertise their product to the market.

i really looking for a tea, that is open mind and can take one person idea and make it happen.

also this can be a share revenue so who ever is on board can have income for life from this project.
