Assist with Project Management

Title: Project Manager (2014 on wards)

Key Projects:

1. Agile PLM PC Phase 4 / Phase 5 Programs - Critical in preparing GEHC P&Ls to meet FDA UDI regulations & Compliance

2. eMatrix Retirement Project – Reduced GEHC legacy system risks, enabling infrastructure simplification, and driving down total cost of ownership.

 Manage project team ( of size 9 / 10 ) by collaborating with global cross-functional teams, Product Owner & Architect in development and implementation of project approach to GEHC global programs.

 Identifying & mitigation of project risks and effectively integrating all work, while monitoring and managing inter-dependencies with Agile Scrum Methodology.

 Accountable for creating and maintaining project deliverable s such as, project charter, scope management, status reports, project time sheets, communications plan, budget and schedule/baseline.

 Driving project on a continuous basis & Accountability for project achieving its targeted goals.
