I need a python program and all of this to be done through the api if possible: Make it so it adds credit card that's stored in a file to the Microsoft account provided stored in the file (can contain multiple accounts) and purchases ultimate runs the pull code (already made can provide) to retrieve promo then cancel and request a refund and remove the card (already made can provide) from the account
