Experienced Architect/Designer Needed for Mountain Cabin Design (Interior and Exterior)
We are looking for a creative and experienced architect or designer to help realize our dream of a unique mountain cabin. The project involves comprehensive design of both the interior and exterior of the cabin. The design should be detailed enough to enable a house manufacturer to accurately calculate construction costs. This project requires a special focus on maximizing space and functionality in accordance with the specific requirements of our detailed plan and zoning map.

Scope of the Project:
- Design the interior and exterior spaces of the mountain cabin.
- Create detailed, manufacturer-ready drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure the design is comprehensive and detailed for accurate construction cost estimation by a house
manufacturer.
- Optimize space utilization in line with given restrictions and requirements.
- Consultation and adaptation of the design to reflect our vision and needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in architectural design, particularly with residential or similar projects.
- Ability to produce detailed, construction-ready design documents (our documentation related to the
regulations and limitations is in Swedish).
- Strong sense of aesthetics and functionality in design.
- Preferably communication skills in Swedish (and Engligh), both written and spoken.
- Experience in preparing designs for construction cost estimation and compliance with planning
regulations and local building codes.
