Humanoid Robot AI programming tutorial

I recently received some designs for a humanoid robot and a programmable model in V-Rep. I'm looking to have some sort of tutorial made with code included of how to program this machine with AI (preferably using Python) so that it can perform basic human tasks, understand English, and recognize objects. All things required in order to accomplish a human task. I intend to build this robot at some point in the future but I'd like to understand how to program it myself so I can make edits and changes if/when they are required later. I am told the designs I have are compatible with PLC or AVR or ARM. I've attached relevant documents below.
