Ruby/Rails developer to write some god scripts - possible additional work

Hi there,
I have several odd jobs that need to be completed. All of them revolve around Ruby and Systems Admin. I would do these myself but simply don't have time. I will assess your skillset but you should at minimum be excellent at the following.
1). Ruby/Rails (2.x). Rbenv
2). Linux
3). AWS/Cloud hosting (I am somewhat flexible with this and can help).
4). Git - please don't tell me you know SVN - I don't care about SVN, I care about Git
You must be able to take direction and communicate with my during US business hours. I have been doing this a long time and will not work with the ghost coders of freelancer. I set all this up for you to make it super duper easy for you to do your work.
The initial job that I need you to do is to setup a God script that will keep puma running and restart it when the memory usage gets too high. I have this script about 75% done so this is very very easy if you have knowledge of this type of thing. Once I see that you are capable of working on this I will introduce further projects. Please only bid on this project however. Max of 5 hours of work (it should be closer to 2 hours but I'm giving you a little bit of padding here to get familiar with my workflow).
Finally to prove that you actually read this entire post, please tell me your favorite British comedian. Anyone who doesn't answer this will be immediately dismissed.
