The selected freelancer will help me encode Simplified Mandarin subtitles to an hour long video and convert the video format from NTSC to PAL compatible. Video and Transcription will be provided. Please quote the rate for encoding each video. This shall be an ongoing project with constant volume.

I'm familiar with video subtitle encoding and is fluent in both Mandarin and English language. The software that I'm using for the subtitle encoding, video converting and rendering is Adobe Premiere Pro CS6
