Automated Trading System Integration with OANDA and TradingView

I'm seeking a skilled developer with experience in automated trading systems, specifically with OANDA's trading platform and TradingView's alert system.
The goal of the project is to automate trading actions based on alerts generated from a script in TradingView. The alerts will be sent via webhook to a server, which then should trigger trades in my OANDA account.
Project Requirements:
Setup a server to receive webhooks from TradingView. You should recommend a suitable platform for this purpose as I do not currently have a server.
Parse the incoming webhook data and determine the appropriate action (buy/sell). The specific format of the TradingView alert will be provided.
Connect to the OANDA API to execute trades based on the parsed webhook data.
The solution should handle potential errors and edge cases, like failures in receiving the webhook or executing the trades.
Full documentation on how to set up and use the solution, as well as comments within the code for future maintenance and potential adjustments.
Please only bid if you have experience with TradingView, OANDA's API, and setting up server-side applications. Experience with Python and Flask is a plus, but I'm open to other technologies if you think they're more suitable.
