Automation software solution for cross listing from eBay to Poshmark

I constantly have to copy and paste item descriptions, titles, images from eBay onto Poshmark, I need this to be automated, that would be the easiest part of the project. I also need it to automatically delete items from one platform as soon as it sells on another. There are some items that I sell that are prohibited on Poshmark, so I do not want all my listings to be automatically transferred onto Poshmark. I would like to select exactly which listings I want to be listed on both, maybe have it work by feeding it specific eBay links of the listings I want to be on both. That last part is just a suggestion if there is a more efficient way of doing this then I will be okay with that.
