Java Script Required for

we need a java script which will be used as content script to run on web pages

i am just looking for java script which should do

1. By mouse on selecting a word / sentence in a web page the selection should get highlighted with yellow color[as marker-line] and the selection should be copied to a clipboard

2. All the clipboard content that got copied should be pasted into a note pad upon closing the browser tab.
