Modify existing function and write another function in Python 3 (24-hour deadline).

1. I have a function, projectionMatrix(), that I have read a CSV file, "[url removed, login to view]' in (as a dictionary). I would like you to replace each CSV entry using this formula:

"Each entry is chosen independently to be (3/k)^1/2, 0, -(3/k)^1/2 with probability ⅙, ⅔, and ⅙."

Then, you will need to output the entries into a new CSV file, "[url removed, login to view]".

2. You will need to write a function, noiseMatrix(), according to the following algorithm:

"Each entry in ∆ is drawn randomly and independently from Normal distribution with mean 0 and variance σ^2 , where the variance of the noise depends on ℓ2-sensitivity of the projection matrix P and the privacy parameters ǫ and δ."
