This project is to take data from a form input screen and write it to a SQL Express database. A mock up of what the interface will look like is attached. The design is basic and is not aligned or spaced properly, but the image does show concept. Once awarded the real company logo will be provided to you. You must be able to align the text and form elements in order to complete this successfully. images should have hint text when moused over or title texts under the icon.
The program can be written in any language as long as I have the source code.
The program must run on Windows 7.
The program must write to SQL express.
The program must write the data in the form to SQL along with other data.
A counter must be used for line numbers and for record numbers. as you can see there are line numbers and the ability to clear the whole form or just each line. Line numbers must start at 1 and end at the last line incrementing by one and not skipping any numbers once written to SQL.
Static Data not taken in the form must be written to the SQL database. this element must will need to be changed in six months either by changing a line in the source code and recompiling or by other means.
there are 2 tables, one with 55 columns and one with 80 columns. Many of these columns will be blank. Table Specifics will be given once awarded.
Date from Eastern time should be pulled or verified from the internet so dates written to SQL express are accurate.
The static information which will be written to the SQL Express database will be provided to you.
