We require a tool to perform the following:
1. Scan all the files on a computer and log the details in a database.
2. Record file size, time and date, security descriptors, meta data, file name, file security details, crc32 checksum of file.
All this detail should be stored in a local access database.
The sysetm needs to be developed in Visual Basic 6 or Access database.
We need file support for files of size over 2gb. If the files are not accessible (locked), all details about the file that can be accessed needs to be recorded.
