Write some Software

The attached file is a list of all cases disposed in the past seven days in a court system. A new file is released every day.

I need a Python script that takes this file, and enters the data into a MySQL/MariaDB database. There are two versions attached. One has headings, one does not. The script should process the version of the file without headings.

The unique master field is the "cas" field, indicating the "case number."

The data for each case will usually be published for seven consecutive days. When the data changes, simply overwrite the old data for the record with the new data.

Once you do this, there will be some opportunity to write Python scripts that pull data and analyze it. Thank you.
