Mandarin Customer Service Executive - Bangsar

Position : Customer Service Executive

Basic Salary : RM2,400 – RM3,500

Shift Allowances : Up to RM500.00 (applicable for mid-night shift)

Transport Subsidy : Up to 80% from total fare charged only after 11 pm onwards

Working Location : Menara UOA, Bangsar

Working Days : 5 working days – public holiday & weekend included

(2 off days; rest day will fall on weekday)

Working hours : 3 shifts (monthly rotations) 24/7

• 7am – 4pm

• 2pm – 11pm

• 10pm – 7am

Job Description

• Attending to inbound calls

• Manage and reply email chats, dealing with suppliers / merchant as well as travel customers

• Coordinate with booking and merchant management teams to check on status

• Resolve product / service problem by clarifying customers complaint
