Do some 3D Modelling

I have to create forging tools with my CNC-work station. We are just entering the tool s-creating market, and need some early projects to be done by some one else, as at the moment we are to small to hire some one to do the job.
So we need someone to do modelling from engineering drawings to 3D model, to generating CNC-code with CAM program. Our prefer program would be solidworks, as we use it.
For now we would just like get some price and time informations. And afterwards if the offers are interesting we would get in touch with specifics about our project.

Our current bid, from our county is 300€ so I would only consider offers of 230€ an less. If first project is 100% positive we would provide you 20-30 similar projects in next 2-4 months.
To add, as a refer to forging tools, I have in mind creating moluds (2pices).
