3D Architectural Drawing of Shop

IT MUST LOOK REALISTIC NOT CARTOON LIKE. POST A QUICK SAMPLE TO GET CHOSEN QUICK. MUST READ ALL BELOW: COMPLETE AND PAY IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

We are remodeling the building shown in the pictures. The part of the shop to the far left was knocked down by bad weather. 3 big doors in the pics are (10x10). However, we would like the following:

- increase door sizes to 4 doors that are 16 ft tall x 14 ft wide doors (it does not have to be to exact scale)

- add section and a door on far left of building that is missing (area where blue trailer is parked)

- make the front look like a glass storefront (10' tall); area above can be the regular metal building

- building should be dark blue bottom 4 ft and top part of building grey color (colors may change)

- area behind shop is a dirt drop yard (dirt area)

- add 2 drive entrances from Clark Avenue onto the drop yard area (dirt area behind shop). Each entrance should be about 27 feet wide.

- back of the shop is a dirt alley; not a paved road

I would like to present this in a meeting, so please show a very nice landscaped 3D pic of the building. A second drawing can show the building having 2 super wide doors versus 4 doors.

I have much future work. Only bid if you are willing to make edits as required. Must be completed immediately.
